Dhruv Shringi, Co-Founder & CEO

Dhruv Shringi is the Co-Founder and Executive Chairman of Yatra Online Limited as well as Director of Yatra Online, Inc. (Yatra.com), one of India’s leading online travel companies. Dhruv has spearheaded the Company’s global business initiatives, guiding Yatra to its successful listing on NASDAQ in 2016, making it only the second Indian e-commerce company to achieve this milestone. In 2023, Yatra further solidified its presence with a listing on the NSE and BSE.

Since Yatra's launch in January 2006, Dhruv has led the company’s remarkable transformation from a 3-member startup to a workforce of over 1500 employees, establishing Yatra.com as a leader in both leisure and business travel. Yatra offers a wide range of travel services, from flight bookings and holiday packages to a strong focus on corporate travel management, making it a preferred partner for many large organizations.

Recognized for his leadership and contributions to the digital and travel sectors, Dhruv was named among Fortune magazine's Top 40 CEOs in India in 2011. He has also played key roles in industry bodies, serving as Vice Chairman of the Internet and Mobile Association of India (IAMAI) from 2011 to 2013, and currently chairs FICCI's Online Travel and Technology Committee.

Prior to founding Yatra, Dhruv was the Director of Group Operations and Technology at Ebookers Group in London, a leading European online travel company. His earlier career included stints with Ford Motor Company in their Business Strategy team in London, and over six years with Arthur Andersen in Delhi and London. Dhruv holds an MBA from INSEAD and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.

Dhruv’s visionary leadership and strategic focus on business travel alongside leisure services have been pivotal in positioning Yatra as a comprehensive travel solutions provider, catering to both individual consumers and corporate clients across India and internationally.

Siddhartha Gupta, CEO

Siddhartha is the Chief Executive Officer of Yatra, one of India’s leading online travel companies), where he is responsible for overseeing the business and operations of the Company.

Prior to joining Yatra, Mr. Siddhartha was the President of Mercer India, a business of Marsh McLennan (NYSE: MMC) and a global leader in redefining the world of work, reshaping retirement and investment outcomes, and advancing health and well-being. Under his leadership, Mercer India became the country’s largest people advisory firm, working with almost all leading global and Indian conglomerates on their people practices. Previously, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Mercer Mettl, the talent assessment arm of Mercer. Siddhartha joined Mettl in 2016, when it was a promising Indian start-up, and helped build it into a globally recognized entity. He successfully led its transition into Mercer Mettl, which became India’s largest online assessment company and one of Mercer’s fastest growing business lines worldwide.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Siddhartha held leadership roles at SAP and HP, where he built and scaled multiple business verticals over a career spanning more than two decades.

Manish Amin, Co-Founder & CIO

Manish Amin returned to India after having been based in London for close to three decades. He is a veteran of the travel industry with over 30 years of experience in the Travel and IT sectors, 15 of which were with Ebookers where he was responsible for managing 24x7 availability of the EBooker website and multi-location call centers.

Being an avid traveler himself, he co-founded Yatra along with his colleague Dhruv Shringi with an aim to make travel easy & hassle free for the Indian populace. At Yatra, he is responsible for new product development, building mobile technology and managing data centers. He has a voracious appetite for innovation and is constantly on the look out for new avenues and technologies to help Yatra deliver a strong value proposition to its customers.

He brings with him vast knowledge and experience with proven success in Business Strategy, Sales/Call Centre Delivery, Operations Logistics, Travel Applications, Infrastructure, Software Development and Support Process. He is commercially astute with a passion for driving organizational change to deliver core business objectives.

In his spare time, he loves to travel and explore new gadgets.

Sabina Chopra, Co-Founder & COO-Corporate

Sabina is managing the sales, fulfillment, and after sales support for all Yatra corporate hotel business. She looks after the expansion of the corporate clientele where she uses her expertise of the hospitality business in India to ensure that Yatra's hotel product is the best on offer.

Prior to Yatra, Sabina headed India based Operations of ebookers, Europe's largest online travel company. She was responsible for setting up, transitioning and management of Customer Service, Sales, Air Ticketing, Hotel Sales, Email and Online Departments. The Sales teams, under her leadership, doubled the targets in less than 6 months. The fulfillment teams consistently met and increased customer satisfaction for the European countries based customers.

She has also worked with Japan Airlines, a Canadian Airline and her BPO work experience includes heading Operations for RAC (Aviva Plc) and Hewitt Associates. Sabina brings with her over 16 years of work experience, has through knowledge of all facets of the Travel BPO Industry and an extensive network within the Indian travel community. Her strengths are Operations and Delivery, Customer Care and Retention. Sabina holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Delhi University.

Anuj Sethi, CFO

Appointed as CFO in April 2025, Anuj Kumar Sethi brings over 25 years of experience in the travel and corporate services sector, with deep expertise in financial management and operational efficiency.

A qualified Cost Accountant, Anuj has been an integral part of Yatra’s journey for over a decade, having held several senior leadership roles within the finance organization, including a prior tenure as Chief Financial Officer. His long-standing association with the company ensures continuity, a strong grasp of the business model, and deep institutional knowledge.

Before joining Yatra, Anuj served as Senior Director of Finance at Carlson Wagonlit Travel India Pvt Ltd, where he was responsible for financial strategy, budgeting, and compliance across the India.

His experience spans P&L ownership, cost optimization, and M&A support, making him a key asset as Yatra continues to scale its business and pursue sustainable growth.
