Mr. Bhasin is an Independent Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Delhi.
He is also a qualified chartered accountant and holds a certificate of practice from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with PricewaterhouseCoopers Private Limited, Standard Chartered Bank and Tanla Group.
He is currently serving as a director of Indira IVF Hospital Private Limited, Dr. Lal Pathlabs Limited, Star Health and Allied Insurance Company Limited,

Neelam Dhawan Non-Executive Director
Ms. Dhawan is the Non-Executive Director of our Company. She holds a bachelor’s degree in arts (economics) as well as a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Delhi.
She was previously associated with Hewlett-Packard Enterprise India Private Limited as Vice-President, Solutions Sales, and with HP India Sales Private Limited, Hewlett-Packard India Private Limited,
Microsoft Corporation (India) Private Limited as their Managing Director.
She is currently serving as a director on the Board of Capita PLC, ICICI Bank Limited, Hindustan Unilever Limited, Tech Mahindra Limited, Capillary Technologies Limited and Fractal Analytics Limited.
She is on the Governing Board of IIIT, Delhi and member of the Advisory Group for India in Walmart Inc, USA.
Deepa Misra Harris Independent Director
Ms. Harris is an Independent Director of our Company. She holds a master’s degree in arts from the University of Delhi.
Prior to joining our Company, she was employed with Indian Hotels Company Limited for over three decades as the senior vice president-sales and marketing with expertise in hospitality,
travel and luxury category. She is currently serving as a director on the board of Jubilant FoodWorks Limited, ADF Foods Limited, TCPL Packaging Limited, PVR Inox Limited and Prozone Realty Limited.
She is also a designated partner in Brands We love LLP.
Murlidhara Lakshmikantha Kadaba Non-Executive Director
Mr. Kadaba is the Non-Executive Director of our Company.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the University of Mysore as well as a postgraduate diploma in management from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with American Express Bank Limited, Citibank N.A. and Reliance Industries Limited. He is currently serving as a director on the Board of D.E. Shaw India Securities Private Limited,
Estee Advisors Private Limited, Moonbeam Capital Managers Private Limited and Magic Capital Services Private Limited.
Dhruv Shringi Whole-time Director and CEO
Mr. Shringi is the Whole-time Director cum Chief Executive Officer of our Company. He is a chartered accountant and has completed his course from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Further, he also holds a master’s degree in business administration from INSEAD. He was previously associated with Fords Motor Company, Arthur Anderson & Co., Ebookers.Com Plc as well as with the Internet and Mobile Association of India
as its vice-chairman.
He is currently serving as the co-chairman of the FICCI (Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry) tourism committee and as a director on the board of PB Fintech Limited and Paisabazaar Marketing and Consulting Private Limited.
He was also listed amongst the top 40 CEO’s in the country by Fortune.
Anup Wadhawan Independent Director
Dr. Wadhawan, belongs to the 1985 batch of the Indian Administrative Services borne on the Uttarakhand cadre. During his career he inter alia held various key positions and offices with the Government of India (“GoI”) and the State Government of Uttarakhand and the State Government of Uttar Pradesh, which includes Commerce Secretary, GOI, Jt./Addl. Secretary/DGFT in Commerce, Jt./Addl. Secretary Banking/Insurance/Pensions, GOI, Jt. Secretary Capital Markets, Department of Economics Affairs, Director, PMO, Principal Secretary/Secretary, Govt. of Uttarakhand, Urban Development, Rural Development, Forests and Environment, Home, Revenue etc., Secretary, UP Electricity Regulatory Commission, Jt. Secretary to Govt of Uttar Pradesh, Education, Planning, District Magistrate, Etawah, Uttar Pradesh.
Dr. Wadhawan had also chaired the Governing Body of the National Export Insurance Account in the Export Credit Guarantee Corporation, and the Sports Goods Export Promotion Council. He headed the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority as an additional charge for an extended period and was on the IRDAI board.
Additionally, he has served as a Director on the boards of the Bank of India, Agriculture Insurance Company of India, The Gem and Jewellery Export Promotion Council and the Government E-market Place.
He has vast experience in International Trade, Finance, Development Administration, Public Administration, Arbitration & Conciliation and policy making at the national level in commerce and Finance and at the and provincial level in urban development, forest & environment, rural development, law & order, land revenue administration, education & annual expenditure planning.
He is currently serving as an Independent Director on the Board of various Companies including Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company Limited, Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Limited, Cred Avenue Securities Private Limited etc. He is also acting as an Advisory Board Member of Association of Small & Medium Knowledge Industries (ASMKI), and GoodGovern, a corporate governance entity.
Dr. Wadhawan holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Duke University (USA), MA in Economics from the Delhi School of Economics and a BA (Hons) in Economics from Hindu College, Delhi University.
